Process Optimisation

Rotech’s keg system provides detailed information about the cleaning process of each keg.

It supplies data at each stage, showing the performance of the pre-wash with water and subsequent wash cycles using either caustic or acid as well as the steam cycle.

The data can indicate if the peracetic, acid, and rinse washes are effective, if the amount of chemical used is appropriate, the effectiveness of each purge, and whether the line parameters meet supplier recommendations.

Additionally, the data can reveal the effectiveness and duration of the saturated steam cycle ,  if air and condensate are retained, and if the steam reaches all parts of the keg.

This information supports process optimization for both Quality and Process management.
